Aim
The theories for the transport of momentum, heat and mass are the fundamentals for the understanding of different chemical engineering, food engineering and biotechnical engineering processes. After attending the course the student should master the equations that describe the change in velocity, temperature and concentration with respect to position and time, that is conservation of mass, energy and individual chemical species.
