The use of myograph in artery research

Aim

The aim of the course is to introduce participants to the principles of myography, as regards both the techniques and the equipment which are to be used. By the end of the course participants should be able to dissect and mount small arteries, normalise the vessels, make morphological measurements and perform pharmacological experiments
