Introduction to pharmacometrics

Aim

The course will give an introduction to pharmacometrics specifically population pharmacotetrics (population pharmacokinttic and pharmacodynamic models). The theory behind this field is discussed and practical issues with modeling non-linear mixed effects models are explored theoretically and with computer exercises.
