Aim
Publication of your thesis is, of course, a milestone. But in most cases only a few people will read it. Reaching a wider audience calls for a different approach. You will have to inform the media! What can you expect from them? How can you prevent newspapers reduce your years of research to a contentious headline? How do you write a good press release? How do you prepare for an interview? These are the kind of questions dealt with during this workshop. Before the session, you are asked to submit a press release for discussion. Test interviews are also conducted with some of the participants.
