Genomics and DNA Technology

Aim

During the practicals and tutorials the following subjects will be addressed: data mining, DNA and RNA isolation, PCR, TR-PCR, quantitative PCR, sequencing, western blotting. The seminars will be presented by experts in the field and include the following topics: genomics, functional genomics, molecular genetics, high-throughput technologies, and historic DNA.
