Dynamical Biological Networks

Aim

The three main objectives are to: (1) Develop and simulate mathematical models of dynamical biological networks, especially neural, metabolic and protein/gene networks. (2) Develop and simulate mathematical models of drug-network interactions (pharmacodynamics). (3) Temporal and multivariate modelling and analysis of data collected from dynamical biological networks with applications in drug development. A unique feature of this course is the integration of dynamic modeling with advanced multivariate and temporal small sample data analysis.
