Aim
The basics of cell culture is covered initially, followed by a review of simple and advanced cell cultures used in ADMET research. Laboratory experiments with advanced cell culture techniques used for prediction of drug absorption, metabolism and active transport will be conducted partly in a robotized druc discovery environment.
