Aim
The aim is to introduce current concepts in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and links between lipoprotein metabolism and cardiovascular disease. The course will cover pathological, molecular and cellular aspects of atherogenesis and coronary thrombosis, lipoprotein metabolism and epidemiological and clinical aspects of cardiovascular disease
