Aim

Multiway analysis of variance. Random vs. systematic effects. Factor diagrams. Random coefficient regression models. Covariance structures for repeated measurements over time. Generalised linear and nonlinear mixed models. Exercises in R, using primarily the functions aov and lme/lme4.
