Advanced medicinal chemistry

Aim

The course covers key topics for drug discovery from the perspective of the medicinal chemist, including descriptions of targets, metabolism, pharmacokinetics and discovery chemistry. Case histories, strategies and tactics for medicinal chemistry are also discussed.
